We parked for the night at the interpretive center for Louisiana's Atchafalaya Swamp. Interstate 10 crosses the swamp on 18 miles of causeway briges. The interpretive center is on an island of land near the edge of the swamp. We took a short hike and watched a movie about all the flora and fauna.
