We had to go separate ways last week- Joanie went back home and Kurt took the big white truck all the way to New Hampshire and back. He had good weather on the eastbound leg but he ran into a bad storm in Iowa on the westbound leg. He didn't get a picture of the TORNADO that touched down less than 5 miles from where he was parked but he did say it was AMAZING to sit through the rain and wind that accompanied the passing storm!

IN the mean time spring arrived at home- the grass greened up right before my eyes and after a day of raking away the pine needles I discovered lots of green shoots poking out .....
AND flowers on my 1 yr old forsithia plants. .....

AND the bathroom got finished- sponge painted and window trim hung.
